Service Description

Learn the same strategies I teach military fighter-pilots, commercial airline pilots, surgeons, 1st-responders, and elite athletes to stay focused and composed under pressure. OVERVIEW A 6-week live training program. Simple daily exercises teaching athletes how to strengthen focus, manage attention under pressure, and develop mental performance skills used in high-performance environments. As a former teacher, athlete and sports coach, I know so many talented athletes struggle with focus, mental strength, emotional control, and bouncing back after mistakes. But as a psychotherapist, I also know these mental skills can be trained just like physical skills. This dynamic and interactive program teaches athletes practical strategies to strengthen attention, develop composure under pressure, and build habits that support performance in sport and school. The program includes live sessions for 1-hr weekly, structured and hands-on attention training exercises, Q&A periods, and simple daily practices designed to help athletes develop stronger focus and mental resilience. WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR? Student-athletes aged 12–18 who: • struggle with focus during practice or competition • feel overwhelmed or frustrated after mistakes • want to develop stronger mental performance habits • are curious about how to train attention and mental skills This program is appropriate for athletes with any level of sport psychology experience, including beginners. Athletes with ADHD or attention challenges may also find the attention training component particularly helpful. DETAILS Start Date: April 6th Schedule: Mondays, 7:00–8:00 PM (EST) // 8:00–9:00 PM (AST) Duration: 6 weeks Format: Live interactive sessions on Zoom Sessions include: • guided attention training exercises • mental skills mini-lessons • practical training activities • Q&A and discussions Participants will also receive an easy-to-follow daily Attention Training Exercise Routine and a Progress Tracker to support consistent practice between sessions.
