Service Description
Based on your needs, improve your group’s overall performance on an individual and team-cohesion basis through mental training. In this workshop (or series of workshops) you will be able to apply hands-on strategies taken from the latest research in brain science and learn tips, tricks, and hacks in an easy to understand way. 📲 Available online or in-person at my office in downtown London (ON) or at your place* of choice. *Travel fee rates may apply depending on location. 1- To ensure the high quality of an individualized workshop, a maximum of 25-30 participants is recommended. 2- Workshop duration can be flexible depending on client's availability and desire (from 30min-4hrs), but it typically is 1-2hrs-long.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please allow for a minimum of 72 hrs notice, otherwise a penalty fee may apply. For emergency situations within 72 hrs of a session, please contact me directly.
