for High-Performance

6-Week Live Interactive Program (Ages 12-18)

Focused, Composed, Resilient:
Perform Under Pressure

Learn the same strategies I teach military fighter-pilots, commercial airline pilots, surgeons, 1st-responders, and elite athletes to stay focused and composed under pressure.

This practical training program teaches athletes how to strengthen focus, manage pressure, and develop mental performance habits that support both sport and school.

You'll be introduced to the structured attention training techniques and psychological skills commonly used in high-performance defence and elite sport training environments.

Program Overview:

IMG_0006_edited.jpg

As a former educator, athlete and sports coach, I've seen so many talented student-athletes struggle with focus, mental strength, emotional control, and bouncing back after mistakes.

But as a mental performance consultant and psychotherapist, I've also shown how these mental skills can be trained just like physical skills.

This interactive program teaches athletes practical strategies to strengthen attention, develop composure under pressure, and build consistent mental training habits.

Each session combines guided attention training exercises, short mental skills lessons, and evidence-based practical activities athletes can apply immediately in sport and school.

Participants will also receive simple daily training exercises and a progress tracker to support consistent practice between sessions.

This 6-week program includes live sessions for 1-hr weekly with structured and hands-on learning: a combination of guided attention training exercises, , Q&A periods, and simple daily practices designed to help athletes develop stronger focus and mental resilience.
